One-On-One and Group Mindfulness Sessions

Mindfulness sessions are planned based on your individual needs. Would you prefer to meet one-on-one or with a group of friends or colleagues? Would you prefer a one time session, or perhaps ongoing across an extended period of time? Reach out, and together we can make a plan that is just right for your needs.

*Please Note: Sessions can occur remotely via Zoom if preferred. Sessions are facilitated by Keri Zurlini, Founder of Calm at the Core.

Teachers

Perhaps you’d like to gather a few of your colleagues and we can plan some sessions to meet your stress relieving needs. Together we can practice so that you may find greater balance in your day to day. Your students look to you for regulation and grounding. You need to first put on your own oxygen mask, so that you can thrive - for yourself first and foremost, so that you may then be your best self for others. Parents/Caregivers

As a parents/caregivers, we all have varying situations that we are attending to in our lives and in our homes. Our children, no matter how big or small, look to us for regulation and grounding. You need to first put on your own oxygen mask, so that you can thrive - for yourself first and foremost, and then for your family. We can meet one-on-one, or you can gather a small group of parent friends and we can meet as a group. Reach out and we will set something up to best meet your needs. <3

Youth

Children benefit greatly from mindfulness practices that support them in self awareness, self-regulation, awareness of other, cultivating an optimistic outlook and more. I can meet one-on-one, or with small groups, ages 5-17. Together we will practice skills of mindfulness in a playful, age appropriate manner.
